Problem with vocabulary or preprocessor

I am trying to test the React Native v0.40.0 application on my physical iPhone 6s device. I had a lot of problems and I don’t know why. When creating the application, he says that he succeeds, but shows the fatal error "cxxreact / JSBundleType.h" not found during Buildtime errors, and the application does not install on my phone. In addition, I managed to install it once a few days ago, but I had problems with api calls, since the call was made on localhost, so I believe that fetch() calls were not correctly resolved.
