"We're sorry, your sql database is unavailable." What does this mean exactly in Azure SQL?

I have 5 instances of an Azure SQL Database located under the same instance of SQL Server in Azure. When I look at the Resource Health section of any of the databases, I see quite a few messages “We're sorry your sql database is unavailable,” as for.

I am trying to understand, however, this is just normal Azure SQL downtime / shutdown time or if there is a problem in my database. Looking at past magazines, using DTUs, etc. Do not show unnecessary system load or use above my dedicated threshold. However, I see databases marked as down for several minutes every day in the last two weeks of the history that Azure provides.

Excerpt from an Azure-enabled conversation

This is a bug with the portal that causes these error messages to be displayed. This has nothing to do with database availability.

it will be fixed soon

In Mail:

As discussed, the error messages you saw are related to a known bug in Azure Postal, which should be fixed soon.
