Select Intellij IDEA with the Alt key

Is there a way in Intellij IDEA to enable column selection mode while holding Alt , as in other IDEs (like Visual Studio or Notepad ++)?

Currently, when Alt is pressed, IntelliJ uses the multi-course function, which always leads to the fact that I have an extra trigger somewhere where I don't want to.

The middle mouse button (hold and drag) does exactly what I want, I just wanted me to redirect it to the Alt key

From the comment, I assume this is a version issue. Updating the IDE may solve your problem.
