How can I use TensorFlow for Windows with an AMD GPU?

I want to use TensorFlow for Windows (Win 10) with an AMD GPU.

If I google, there are a lot of discussions and sources, but I just could not understand what the best way to do this at the moment.

Can someone write a short installation guide , which, in his opinion, is the best and most modern way?

Tensorflow officially supports only CUDA, which is NVIDIA's proprietary technology. There is one unofficial implementation using openCL here that may work, or you can try using google colab
