Is there any graphic editor .editorconfig?

EditorConfig is a great tool, and I am very glad that vs2017 developers can use it out of the box. But there are too many settings that must be set for each project. Visual Studio and ReSharper have an awesome syntax code style editor, with a graphical interface and live previews. But I did not find the same tool for EditorConfig. Otherwise, it would be great if anyone knows a way to export ReSharper or VS settings in .editorconfig format. I mean complete settings with csharp specifics. In fact, all settings are listed here.

Mads Kristensen wrote an extension that allows you to add an editorconfig file, and it comes with intellisense for VS2017 - "LanguageConfig Language Service"
