Ngrok ERR_NGROK_702 Too many connections

I use ngrok to host my web application on the web and run some tests. But when I reload the page, error ERR_NGROK_702 (too many connections) appears, as shown below.

Is there a way to solve or avoid this rather than buying a paid plan?

How to reduce the volume of the incoming connection, as indicated in the message?

Or the only way to wait a few minutes and try again?

Wait 1 minute or two and refresh. Optimize the number of connections to the service or pay to avoid this limitation.
