Visual Studio 2017 error loading

My VS 2017 continues to crash with the following error in EventViewer. Any idea why it is crashing?

To work around the problem: Try deleting the .vs folder (which is hidden by default) that is next to your solution file. This will make VS forget about any IDE settings for this solution, such as open files or breakpoint locations. If you do not want to lose them, move / rename the directory.

To give feedback and help make the product better: Before you apply a workaround, try to fix a crash failure. Then report it using the "Report Failures" feature in VS or by reporting the error message http://connect.microsoft.com/visualstudio .
