Xcode 8.0 Builds All Goals After Any Code Change

Question

Xcode 8 will build every goal in my project after any change I make to the code. This does not happen after I restarted Xcode. It usually takes some time (20-60 minutes) before he begins to build all the goals after each change.

What's happening? This is very annoying and kills performance. In the "Settings"> "General" section, I have "Show live issues" and "Continue creating after errors" is not checked .

There are several known issues in Xcode 8.0 and 8.1 (technically possible up to 8.0, but more likely in this release) that cause unnecessary complete overhauls for developers. These problems are now fixed in Xcode 8.2 beta 2. If you want to talk with Apple about these problems, you can refer to bug # 28892475. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this problem in Xcode 8.2 beta 2 or later!
