IOS Nightmare for in-app purchases

We are developing an application with Ionic and cordova-plugin-inapppurchase . We have been fighting for more than a week when we try to restore a purchase:

This post is old, but I was able to solve this problem for myself tonight. Using Ionic v1 with the inapppurchase cord plugin, my solution was to change com.company.appname.myID to myID (product identifier when purchasing the application).

I also had several other problems causing the exact same error message. Before attempting inAppPurchase.buy(productId) , you need to run inAppPurchase.getProducts(productIds) . In addition, make sure that you are testing on a real device, with a test account created when connecting iTunes, and exit any other Apple IDs on your device (I left the iTunes Store app).
