ITerm2 case insensitive

I recently discovered the wonderful iTerm2 feature: triggers. Now I want iTerm to highlight some pieces of text, for example, error , fatal , etc. I want these triggers to be case insensitive, but it's hard for me to configure these triggers. According to the documentation, iTerm regular expressions comply with the ICU regular expression rules, which state that I can use the flag (?i) to match case insensitive.

I tried a lot, including (?i)/error , (?i)error , etc., but no one works. See screenshot below; any idea how to match case insensitive?

Well, for some reason, after clearing all the rules and entering the next one, it all started working :).

(?i)error|panic|fatal
