Disable custom chrome tabs?

I recently got an update from chrome beta, and it got custom chrome tabs. I do not like this feature, and I just want to open the links directly without pressing the open button in the chrome button.

Enter

chrome://flags/#tab-management-experiment-type 

and unplug it. Reboot and return to normal.

It seems to have worked for me:

• Open the Google application or search, click the hamburger in the upper left corner and go to Settings.
• Log in to your account and privacy.
• Turn off "open web pages in the app."
• Disables custom chrome tabs.
