How to select text inside curly braces in Visual Studio code?

In Atom, I can select inside the brackets CMD + CTRL + M. How to do this in Visual Studio Code? I checked the keyboard bindings but found nothing.

In the key file that you might want to check out, there are two more alternative commands:

editor.action.smartSelect.grow

and

editor.action.smartSelect.shrink

They select everything between the next border (quotation marks, brackets, braces ...), and the selection increases to the next border when you click the shortcut again.

The default shortcut is ctrl + shift + cmd + right / ctrl + shift + cmd + left, which is too hard on the fingers for my taste, so you can rebuild it (I use ctrl + up / ctrl + down).

Shift + Alt + Right to select all text inside curly braces.

CTRL + Shift + \ to jump between opening / closing brackets (or) brackets.
