How to remove inaccessible nodes in Docker Cloud?

I moved several clusters (and their nodes) in the Docker Cloud to another account, because we started using the organization function. Nodes are already completed on AWS, but they still have an "Unreachable" state.

I cannot find a way to remove clusters (and nodes) in the web interface or in the CLI.

I keep getting the following error: 'Node Cluster Terminate Failed'.

Update: the nodes are still not completed, but I still pay monthly.

I am testing the current version of the docker cloud and this seems to be fixed (I can remove the unreachable node).
