Iphone with a long press causes the appearance of a rectangular magnifier

Every time I click on any view / screen for a long time, some kind of rectangular magnifier appears that appears. See image for more information. Click to view a rectangular magnifier.

It appears in a specific area every time, regardless of where I click and hold on the screen. I would like to disable the rectangular magnifier, I tried the following codes in css:

-webkit-touch-callout: none; -webkit-user-select: none; -khtml-user-select: none; -moz-user-select: none; -ms-user-select: none; -o-user-select: none; user-select: none;
