As described, the latest version of IntelliJ does not stop tomcat / tcServer.
It says that it is stopped / disabled, but the process is still running and is available in my browser on port 8080.
To actually stop it, I have to kill the wrapper.exe file and then kill all the java processes.
It gets tedious.
Anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround?
