Says at my eclipse "Unable to find executable for jre1.8.0_77." He also uninstalled JREs :( I tried to run my project and went to Windows and settings to add it, but I could not.
I asked the same question before and here is the link - How to change the standard JRE for all Eclipse workspaces?
You may have upgraded the Java version, but the PC environment variable for the JRE still refers to the old version of the JRE. If you have updated Java, also update the environment variable.
If you have recently updated your Java. how you can try to restart your eclipse and how to try to perform.
-Thankyou
I recently encountered the same problemthis happened after i updated my jrebecause of this there was a mismatch with the jdk and jre versions
uninstalled Java and installed the new JDK ( SE ). https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.htmlnow both JDK and JRE are the same
