Xamarin: "The frame is not in the module" - VS 2013 and 2015

I am very disappointed with the support of XAMARIN!

So, I will start from the very beginning ...

In the past few months, everything was fine until I updated the latest version of xamarin (4.0.3.214). As a result, I cannot debug now. I get the following message

"The frame is not in the module"

I sent an email to Xamarin support and received a response in about 24 hours. Their answer was:

"Could you go to Debug and find the" Exceptions "window, then select" Reset list to default settings "( http://screencast.com/t/OrBejA25 )"

This did not work.

I tried many options:

• Uninstall Vs 2013 and Xamarin, then install VS 2015 with Xamarin, on my computer and my laptop - the same problem.

• Enable / disable "Only my code" - the same problem

• "Use rapid deployment (Check / UnCheck) - the same problem.

• Creating a new project is the same problem.

I'm stuck right now in the middle of a project and can't do anything!
