Change or invert colors in the address bar of Chrome for Mac

I am trying to change or invert the color scheme of my Chrome address bar on Mac.

Themes in Google Chrome Store do not have this effect.

Perfect sweet custom address bar

Or it would be even better to configure it yourself ...
