When checking on a map, a session that is completed on Azure is always displayed

Whenever I try to register for Azure Free Trial, I transfer all the information, and as soon as I land on the Verification by Card page, it loads and then instantly shows that the session has expired. I tried using different identifiers, a different network and a different city to perform the action. Azure support does not work, and googling does not help either.

Is someone else the same, or am I the only one with such a problem. I also attached a screenshot to the problem.

I would suggest that this can lead to only two reasons.

1. The browser.

Can you make a clean fresh install of your preferred browser? There may be a problem with the cookies. Microsoft has the notorious browser of the past. Do you use IE? If the installation of IE is not correct.

2. Site code

Nothing can be done there. Just call Microsoft Support.

Hope this helps.

Best

I doubt there is a global access issue with Azure, but you can double check the status here .

It sounds like a problem with your current device configuration.

  • Check the correctness of your watch. Your browser may delete cookies or reject certificates due to incorrect hours.
  • Check your browser settings for restrictions and security measures, such as Javascript disabled or enhanced security. It's also worth checking out add-ons and extensions for the same reason.
  • If you are on Windows, check your Internet settings or try adding the site to the list of trusted sites. A few months ago, I had to add Microsoft sites to the list of trusted sites in the Windows Server window to solve a similar problem.

The easiest solution is to try another device.

I had the same problem. Trying to use different approaches to solving the problem ultimately had the same result ... I could not create an Azure subscription when registering in my O365 account.

Work with Microsoft support. The approach that worked for me successfully was to open an InPrivate browser session. Go to https://account.azure.com/ , which causes a credential call in which you must use O365 credentials. Ultimately, a successful result.

BTW> I could only participate in MS support by sending a support request. MSFT reacted to being contacted within 60 minutes of the proposed resolution.
