The following happens when I just scroll down / right the code in the editor with the mouse (both with the wheel, and with the click and scroll, there is no problem with the keyboard ).
It clearly looks like a problem with the redrawing of the editor. Instead, when I scroll up / left , the orange lines disappear.
I have not tried the solutions proposed in Eclipse Mars blurs and Scrolling Eclipse Mars in Lubuntu for a long time.
