SVN lost synchronization between repositories

I have several repos that I need to synchronize the chains every time I have changes in the lower repositories that work fine forever, until a few weeks ago, some of the repositories when merged do not give a lot of conflicts and tree conflicts, as if merging doesn't work well (because many of these files have not actually changed recently).

What I did was tell SVN which specific revisions to synchronize, I basically get the last merge between these repositories and manually tell SVN to synchronize the rest, this process works fine, but its too manual and ultimately someone ( himself including) may be mistaken and not merge everything correctly.

Is there anyway to tell SVN that the world is good and that it should relax and just take it from the xxx version?
