Are there any standalone tools like jsfiddle.net to play with javascript, html, css without internet in jsfiddle.net mod?
You can install excellent JSBin locally.

I would say installing JSBin as suggested by SpaceBeers is a pretty neat solution. But if this is not what you want, you can try one of the automatic reloadable browser plugins that are there.
For example, the Auto Reload Extension for Firefox reloads the page as soon as the local file is modified.
WIODE is no longer supported. A new project replaces it. It is called Codiad .
You can use http://kodtest.com offline. Very easy to use. Like jsfiddle.
Saving and running a JSFiddle to run locally can be a bit of a challenge, but there is a coarser but more efficient feature @ http://htmledit.squarefree.com/ . You cannot do everything in RTHE that you can in JSFiddle, but it is remarkably tiny and runs locally without any changes.
Also check out Aptana ( http://www.aptana.com/ ), it will fulfill your JS right from the IDE, very beautiful if it is very large.
It is hard to use JSFiddle for large projects. I am using a Web IDE called WIODE .
It was distributed through scriptaku.
