Could not find or create matching singing assets of Xcode 7.2.1

Question

I just restarted my Mac and I had this error while trying to check or download in the Apple Store.

Could not find or create matching signature assets:

Xcode tried to find or create matching signature assets and was unable to do this due to the following problems:

Missing iOS Newsletter Subscription ID for xxxxxx Xcode may request one for you.

I have tried many requests from Stackoverflow and nothing works.

How can I tell Xcode to request it again? I went to prefferencens and clicked "reset", "download everything", I deleted the account registered again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Download https://developer.apple.com/certificationauthority/AppleWWDRCA.cer and double-click to install in Keychain. Choose View → Show Expired Certificates in Keychain. Remove Apple Worldwide Developer Certificate Certification Authority Certificates from the Login tab and System tab in the Keychain application.

I did not download the certificate, but on my machine there were 2 "Certificates of relations with Apple developers around the world", and one of them expired yesterday.

I hope this helps someone.
