Exclude nuget package versions in VS2015 during package recovery

Is there a way to not include the package version of nuget in the package folder after recovery? I am trying to add content link links in a package, but they break on nuget update. My build server (TC) has the ability to pass -ExcludeVersion to nuget.exe, how can I do this with VS2015?
