Drag and drop JS table row without jQuery UI in 2016

There are many answers to using jQuery UI for drag and drop, most of them are deprecated and deprecated. What is the best plugin in 2016 for implementing Drag n Drop for table row with jQuery (without jQuery UI)?

Good afternoon, Yunke Yu! Try the library of Konstantin Leveev - " Sortable " (~ 6KB). In NPM - "sorting". This library is very flexible, without dependencies, with touch support, with the ability to add elements on the fly.

I made a demo for you. Try adding and removing lines and changing their order.

I know this is an old post, and it already has an answer ... but the answers to the questions said that JQuery is not required on it, and in the current answer JQuery works. I would recommend Rowsorter.js ( https://github.com/arteyazilim/rowsorter )

It is very easy to use, and the examples on GitHub are easy to understand and apply to any table that you already have.
