How to call Saber EnhancedSeatMapRQ web service with .NET?

I can call EnhancedSeatMapRQ in TSTS environment from SoapUI. When I use Visual Studio 2015 generated Soap proxies to make the same call, I get a zero section of deserialized elements. I also get "Completed" (success) in the ApplicationResults section. I can see with Fiddler that the call was really successful, and this problem is caused by .Net deserialization.

EnhancedSeatMapRQ v3.0 doesn't seem to deserialize the correct answer.

There WSDL was created for v2.0 specifically for .NET, until another WSDL is fixed, you can use it, here is the link:
