In your picture, apparently, only the ISCP connectors are on the right.

In normal UNO, it also has a set of them next to reset, which is most likely for a smaller additional atmega (programmer) in regular UNO. As you can see, the one on the right should program the ATMega328p chip, which, as I thought, is what you could wish for, but after I looked at the Yun page that you indicated, I realized that it could be not what you want. It seems that you may have to remove the resistors and LEDs, as with "Connect to Dccduino UNO R3" on the Yun page. The best advice would be to see if you can get a circuit for your particular Uno and see how it compares with other boards.
