Click Automate, then click Verify at the bottom of the page. Scroll down a bit, and under the "Email" heading, click "Email Details" next to the first email in the workflow. Scroll down a bit and there is a section labeled โPlain text emailโ. Click edit next to this, and then click Restore from HTML. This will populate the text version with any updates that were made to the HTML version. Click Save to save the changes, and then repeat for any other emails in the workflow experiencing the same problem.
