But what about troubleshooting OpenID Connect? So far I have tried with two different OpenID providers (MITREid Connect and Keycloak), with one of them I get the error "Login failed", and on the other - "User could not be found."
I checked three times that the usernames in OpenID providers match the usernames in Tableau. I also use local authentication in Tableau instead of AD. And I reset openid subs when switching between OpenID providers.
I turned on debug logging for wgserver and vizportal, but I could not understand why the signing fails or the user was not found (although I see that it is processing the login).
Any ideas in which I could look further?
In addition, it would be useful to understand what configuration OpenID Tableau expects.
