Can I edit files with the Babel extension in the Chrome devtools workspace?

Dragging and dropping the local folder of files into devtools adds them to the workspace so you can constantly edit them. I just discovered this feature. However, my files are completely redone, and then I edit the file and press cmd-s to save the changes. Chrome checks the source and disables es6 import instructions with an error: Unexpected token import

Is there a way to make chrome not check syntax? If he simply edited the file without trying to compile it, Babel could pick it up and make changes by hot swapping the module.

I recently watched this presentation called "Debugging the Web" in the new Chrome devtools. About 15 minutes he talks about it.

Before you can configure it to the correct configuration. With this update, it should work out of the box!
