Google Developers Console - Oauth Consent Screen Configuration Does Not Save Input

I am trying to connect my application to a Google calendar to receive data. I registered a new application with the Google Developers Console, activated the Google Calender API, and tried to customize the Oauth consent screen. There I selected my email address, entered the product name and tried to save it. What he says:

Sorry, problem. If you entered the information, check it and try again. Otherwise, the problem can be fixed on its own, so check back later.

What is my mistake here? Google is not the best description of the error. I also can not find anything about this on the Internet, only that someone suggested entering a billing account, which I do not want. Any ideas?

I am encountering some problem. I used a Google cloud with two accounts, I think that there is a conflict with two accounts. I clear the browser history and cache, then the problem is solved.

I signed all Google accounts, signed a contract, and then it worked.
