How to set a chrome theme on a window

Use different profiles. You can do this in chrome by clicking the Proflile icon in the upper right corner of any window. He will ask you to log in to your Google account, but you can make a local account with any name.

I use it for personal (personal google account), one for work (working with google account), and the third one without google account for risky or other website viewing (which has more aggressive blocking rules).
