Skip UIView through touch events?

Question

Is there a way to make UIView unrequited and go through all touch events? Basically, I just want to display graphics on top of other UIViews without blocking touch events.

The event sent to your view will go through the responder chain if it does not implement any event handling method.

You can also set the userInteractionEnabled property to userInteractionEnabled for this view.
