SKProduct localizedTitle is always English

Question

I have an application in the application. I am testing a Japanese language device with a test account located in a Japanese store. I have English and Japanese in the names and descriptions of the purchase of applications.

No matter what I do, localizedTitle and localizedDescription SKProduct always return in English.

What am I doing wrong?

My iPad 3 was originally set up in an American English store, but I logged out of my store account and went through the normal process in the app to log in to the Japanese iTunes test account. The device language is currently Japanese.

The solution was to open a new account stream from the store menu in the Settings app. I actually did not create an account, but just go through a couple of screens to set the device in storage mode in Japan.
