You need to be able to verify the enterprise certificate in the application with Apple, as these are the ones that give you the license to install applications outside pharmacies.

This will certainly require hacking. One approach may be to edit the host file of the computer during installation using the executable file, start its own server to listen on the port specified in the hosts file, and replicate the response given by the server in a real scenario. (perhaps you can use charles or fiddler to track the response supposedly supposed to be provided by the server.

In principle, certificate verification will be performed by the local server on which you are running.
