How to start ASP.NET 5 without opening a page in a browser

Prior to ASP.NET 5, Visual Studio 2015 had an option in project properties | Web page to launch the action does not open the page when the web application starts. This allowed you to open an existing page in a browser and simply refresh it.

Now this option has disappeared, as a result, every new browser page opens every time I click the start button, although I have a page open with the correct URL, etc., ready to be updated.

How can I get the previous behavior?

On the Debug page of the project properties, there is a "Launch URL" checkbox. Removing this option prevents VS from launching the page in a browser.
