I am trying to install the Mac Universal Installer on OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan. I downloaded from http://www.mono-project.com/download/ and the .pkg file looks fine. When I run it, I get the "Check" dialog box (attached screenshot) and it just sits there, there is no progress on the progress bar. Any suggestions appreciated.
