Android: how to add a button with text inside a folding toolbar

How to perform the following layout. I could reach without the add button. But how to add the ADD buttom and add button, it should disappear along with the parallax of the image when scrolling up.

What I found are float buttons that don't have the ability to add text. I should use only the button.

You can add a TextView , Button or any thing that you want to show on the minimized layout.
