I built an interactive brilliant presentation in Rstudio. .Rmd file header:
---
title: "title"
author: "author"
date: "date"
output:
ioslides_presentation:
mathjax: "http://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/MathJax.js?config=TeX-AMS-MML_HTMLorMML"
runtime: shiny
---
I create really nice slides with interactive elements. No problems. However, I cannot knit a document as html or pdf files. I think this is by design since I specifically choose "runtime: shiny". Is there an alternative way to capture a presentation in pdf / html format, even if it means the loss of interactive elements? The only solution I could come up with is to capture a screenshot for each slide from the browser and save it separately. But this is hard work ...
