How to get an old Whatsapp profile picture?

I am trying to find an older (not older than 2 weeks) WhatsApp profile picture, but I cannot find a convenient solution.

WA's PP link is similar to https://dyn.web.whatsapp.com/pp?t=l&u=[PHONE_NUMBER]%40c.us&i=[AUTO_INCREMENTED_NUMBER] 022%40c.us& https://dyn.web.whatsapp.com/pp?t=l&u=[PHONE_NUMBER]%40c.us&i=[AUTO_INCREMENTED_NUMBER] . If I need to check every extension, I will be dead and still without a picture.

Is there a way to find the absolute path to this image file or to search for a specific phone number? Or any other solution to get an older profile picture without wasting time on life.

I appreciate that it resurrects a little old thread, but I thought I would add my experience.

First of all, for a group (unlike a single contact), the field [PHONE_NUMBER] has the form [PHONE_NUMBER-EPOCH_TIMESTAMP_OF_GROUP_CREATION]. Similarly, [AUTO_INCREMENTED_NUMBER] is actually [EPOCH_TIMESTAMP_OF_UPLOAD_TIME].

It is relatively easy to find the timestamp of a specific date / time.

However, WhatsApp seems to remove old icons when loading new ones. I created a test group, added an icon to which I could go in the URL format as described above, then added a new icon (accessed through its own URL), but the original URL now returns a blank page.
