GCM notification not received on one of the mobile devices

I am trying to send a GCM notification to a xiaomi redmi 1s device without receiving a notification on the device, while the same notification is being delivered to other devices, and the failure for the message is 0. Can anyone tell me about the problem. I debugged it without getting any call onMessage method.

Xiaomi for security purposes disables notification for each application. Follow these steps to receive messages in the background as soon as they leave the application using the cleaner.

  • Enable autorun
  • Enable floating and locked screen notification

Enable autorun

  • Open the security application.

  • Obtain permissions, then click on "Automatic launch control."

  • Add / enable applications for automatic launch (for example, Whatsapp).

Enable floating and lock screen alert

  • Open the Settings app.

  • Click Notifications, then click Manage Notifications.

  • Click on the application you are looking for (e.g. WhatsApp).

  • Enable display in the shadow of notifications / Show on the locked screen and in the drop-down menu.
