Cassandra listening address always listens on ipv6 address

My cassandra instance always listens for the IPV6 address (for native_transport_port), and all other ports are on the IPV4 address. My setup is similar to enter image description here

and from netstat you can see that port 9042 is on IPV6: enter image description here

I do not know how this happens. I even set listen_interface_prefer_ipv6 to false, but it does not work. Kassandra has version 2.2.3.

"- Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack = true" is also set as JVM_OPTS.

OK, this is not a problem. This is an IPv4 reassigned IP address, so the IPv6 application serves both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Details can be found here.
