Ssh-agent error on startup: fork_copy fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

I have been using ssh-agent on my Windows machine for several months and months, but it does not work unexpectedly after loading today. When I try Google and Google errors, Google continues to refuse to search for "unusual traffic" that is too strange, but this is what it returns:

ssh-agent C:\users\username\.ssh\id_rsa 0 [main] ssh-agent.exe" 6384 fork_copy: linked dll data/bss pass 0 failed, 0xB9E000..0xBA4090, done 0, windows pid 4592, Win32 error 487 fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

If I run ssh-agent with a bad parameter, it starts, but is not associated with my key, so it is useless.

I will try to reboot again, because updates for Windows have downloaded again (thanks to Windows 10 (!)), But we will see ...

Reboot seems to have fixed it this time, so think about it, but I'm still very curious:

a. Why could this happen.

b. Why would Google view this search as "unusual traffic."
