Any way to debug tasks and microtasks?

Disclaimer: Tasks and micro products are still pretty blurry for me.

I'm having a problem and I think time is to blame.

I support a project that uses a lot of setTimeout(... , 0) .

Is it possible to look into the cycle of events in the browser and see what tasks are in the task and in the microtask queue?

I could try using the devtools chromed timeline or clicking on a few debugger keywords, but this is pretty tedious.
