Windows 10 Mobile Error: DEP6200

I am trying to deploy a Windows 10 application on Lumia 635 with 10.0.10586.11 and I get this error:

Error: DEP6100: The following unexpected error occurred during the boot phase: "Connecting to DEVICE GUID.: SEHException - An external component threw an exception.

Error: DEP6200: Error loading "Device". The device could not be found. The data required to complete this operation is not yet available.

Unlike most, I am able to deploy an emulator, not a physical device. Based on this question: Error: DEP6200: Error loading device. Unable to find device

I confirmed that Windows Phone 8.1 is installed, and make sure the latest SDK is installed, so none of them was a solution. I can deploy to physical hardware for desktops and tablets, but not on Lumia 635.

As it turned out, it was a problem installing Windows 10 Mobile on my device. After reset, deployment works fine, and I deployed dozens of applications on it.

Installing the latest preview for mobile emulators fixes the deployment problem for me.

1/3 Try installing a patch to fix

How to develop Windows 10 uwp on a real device (mobile phone)?

2/3 Update your UWP tools. The latter is "1.2" included in the VS2015 Update1 RC. This is living. (But RTM ver will be released on November 30th.)

3/3 This is just a workaround ... you can use "DevicePortal" to deploy your .appx package to your mobile device directly without Visual Studio. The next blog is written in Japanese, but screenshots may help you.
