Visual Studio 2015 will reinstall the package

after installing VS2015 1 RC update, I can no longer download the C # project. Error:

CreateInstance failed for package [CSharpPackage] Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.LanguageServices.CSharp, Version=1.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I tried to perform a restore operation without success, I tried clearcache parameters without success.

Any idea how to manually uninstall / reinstall this package?
