For my client, I have moved your webpage to VPS upon request. But I am a web developer and am not very good at server configuration.
Due to the incorrect permissions configuration, in my opinion, I can not get images in the Media library , without errors or sth. In addition, when I try to upload a new one, it terminates the Download process, but is stuck in the Processing process and gives a 403 error in async-upload.php.
I tried permissions 755 and 777 for wp-content and wp-content / uploads does not solve the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Edit 2: Provide all 777 folders, now I can reinstall my WP setup and update my plugins from the panel, but the media library problem still exists, async -upload.php still gives a 403 error.
