Rest Angular and chart APIs - need an opinion

Question

We are restoring the current product.

1.) The focus is on the user interface, Graphical Representation

2.) The UI should be responsive , widget like structures.

3.) Graphs must be reloaded with data in every n seconds

I looked at several chart APIs,

angular-nvd3

fusioncharts // not free

Rest Service will be displayed, Json data will be returned. Several types of charts will be used. (Bars / Spikes, etc.)

Need help choosing a good charting API that can be integrated with Rest Angular.

In addition, something better for the appearance of the widgets should be adjusted to fit the screen. Widgets will appear on large screens.

ZingChart may be considered an option. The AngularJS Chart Graphs page contains sample diagrams that should contain answers to your 3 main problems.
