Delphi 10 editor changes the line of codes when I click on them

Question

I just applied the theme using the Delphi IDE theme editor, and now when I click on any line of code in the Delphi 10 editor, the code changes to another line of code to understand what I mean, see this video

Why this is happening, and there is a way to fix it without uninstalling Delphi and installing it again.

Update: When I turn on the "highlight current line" option, I do not see this problem!

The same problem in Delphi Seattle: when I remove the "Hilight current line", this behavior starts, when I set the "Hilight current line" again, this behavior stops ... crazy.
