Apple Z-Index equivalent

I'm looking for something that will allow me to keep one element before the others in my Apple News docs - the equivalent of the z-index in CSS. I did not find anything in the documentation that seems to be applicable.

There is no equivalent to z-index.

However, you have components that overlay images and videos using subcomponents in the container, with a fill style.
